1. Purchase white 4”x6” index cards. 

2. Use your computer and type the exact script listed below with the proper information pertaining to you on your script cards. 

3. Print the information on the standard, smooth, white paper, cut and paste/tape it onto the index cards. 

4. You should have two index cards total: one for the swimsuit portion and a second for the evening gown portion.

5. Leave the contestant number blank for now. The staff will fill in your contestant number.
