A $250 DEPOSIT IS DUE TWO WEEKS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THE CONTESTANT WELCOME EMAIL! 

As soon as we receive your deposit/paid in full entry fee, we will order your banner, add you into" contestants only" facebook group and invite you to events!

COLOR PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT 

• All contestants will provide a professional COLOR headshot for your contestant picture. 

• This contestant picture will appear in the program book and on our website. 

• You must submit a COLOR digital photo in a JPEG file and it must be a high-resolution photo. (The higher the number, the better your photo will appear in the program book).

COLOR PHOTOGENIC PAGE(S) (Optional $150/Photo)

• You can submit more than one picture. We highly recommend you do at least ONE  photogenic page because judges are looking at photogenic qualities in all three categories of the competition (Interview, Swimsuit, Evening Gown). 

• You must submit a color digital photo(s) in a JPEG file and it must be in high resolution. The higher the number, the better your photo will appear in the program book.

• Each phase of the competition (Interview/Swimsuit/Evening Gown) focuses on photogenic qualities. The photogenic photos allow the judges to see your photogenic qualities. 

• We recommend using different pictures for the contestant's headshot and photogenic entries.

• All AD pages must be print ready. The way you send it to the office is the way it will appear in the program book. 

• Other program book Ad options may be available - such as the back cover, Front left inside cover, front right inside cover, center fold, etc.  (See the Facebook group. first come, first serve basis.) 

• All deposits and fees are non-refundable.

TICKETS 

• Each MISS Contestant must buy a MINIMUM OF THREE TICKETS. You can choose any seating availability from the options below. The Pageant has sold out in past years and there were no tickets available at the door.

• Each MRS Contestant must buy a MINIMUM OF FIVE TICKETS. You can choose any seating availability from the options below.  The Pageant has sold out in the past years and there were no tickets available at the door.

Front Row Tickets: $70 each (First come, first serve - only 10 seats available.) 

Advance Tickets: $65 each (These ticket holders will be allowed to enter the theatre first).

General Tickets: $55 each (These ticket holders will be allowed to enter after the advance ticket holders.)

BRING EMPTY ENVELOPES TO ORIENTATION TO PUT YOUR TICKETS IN.  YOU WILL NEED ONE ENVELOPE PER PERSON UNLESS SOMEONE FROM YOUR GROUP WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDING ALL TICKETS OUT TO EVERY MEMBER OF YOUR PARTY BEFORE ENTERING.
