Pageant Itinerary

All changes will be communicated via the contestant's Facebook group. 

FRIDAY, March 13TH

2:00 - 4:00 pm   All Contracts (State, Expectations, Liabilty) must bring signed, dated and turned in to Directors to be admitted into Orientation meeting & Official State competition.

Check-In/Orientation @ Host Hotel

     *** Bring Photogenic pictures,  envelopes to put your will call tickets in,

      and bring your contestant gift for the exchange. *** 

6:00 pm | Cocktail Party - "All About Elegance = LBD (Little Black Dress)​

SATURDAY, March 14TH 

8:00 am  * Do NOT be late, you will be deducted 50 points per minute you are late from your score. (You will still have to take part in the pageant.)

Contestants move into dressing room @ James Warren Citizen Center

9:00 - 11:00 pm | Rehearsals 

12:00 pm | Lunch Available & Makeup/Hairstylist allowed into area 

2:00 - 4:00 pm | Interviews 

5:00 | Opening # & Sponsor Photo Shoot

5:00 | Forever Queens Photo Shoot

5:30 pm | Doors Open 

6:00 pm | SHOWTIME 

After Party 8:30 pm Walk to Local Roots & Provisions Restaurant (across the town square)

SUNDAY, March 16TH

8:45am Contestants pick up awards for award winners

9:00 am | Winners will meet with Executive Directors @ Host Hotel

IMPORTANT NOTICES

• Only contestants will be allowed into rehearsals or backstage in the dressing room!

• Lunch will be grab & go before interviews. 

• Interviews will start immediately after lunch at 2 pm – DO NOT BE LATE!!  
  (You will be deducted 50 points per minute you are late from your score. You will still have to take part  in the pageant.)

• We have a $150 Hairstylist/Makeup-Artist Pass per contestant.

• Hair & Makeup people will be allowed into a special area backstage at noon on Saturday! 
  (Once they arrive, they do not have to leave.)
