Hair/Make-Up Artist Form

This is a per-contestant charge of $150, not hairstylist/make-up artists.

REMINDERS

  • Hairstylists and makeup artists will be allowed into a special backstage area at noon.

  • SUBMIT MONEY FOR HAIRSTYLIST/MAKEUP PASS via Venmo to @wendy-galle. Make sure to use the friends and family option and include the following description in the notes: Contestant name/state/description.  

  • Please submit a separate form for each artist helping you. 

  • If you have 1 person for Hair and 2nd person for makeup, you will need to purchase 2 passes.

  • This is for professional Hair & Make up artists only. No family members, etc.
