Erin Dunaway

Mrs. Erin Dunaway named Mrs. North Carolina America.

Erin Dunaway was born and raised in Gastonia, North Carolina. She attended Lander University, where she earned a degree in Sociology. She spent her entire career in corporate America in the commercial HVAC, fire, and security industry, specializing in sales, but knew she was meant for something more. Following her passion for fitness, Erin and her husband, Wes, opened their first F45 Fitness studio in South End, Charlotte, and have since expanded to two additional locations in Midtown Charlotte and Fort Mill, where they inspire growth, strength, and confidence in their community.

Erin is the proud mother of her 9 year old daughter, Ella, and is deeply committed to giving back, supporting youth programs, local charities, and initiatives that encourage women and girls to believe in themselves and pursue their passions.  Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, she enjoys working out, spending time with her husband, attending Ella’s swim and golf activities, and staying active with her family.
