Ashley Caulder
Mrs. Ashley Caulder named Mrs. South Carolina American
Ashley Caulder is a proud wife, mother, educator, and advocate from South Carolina. She serves as an Assistant Principal at Cayce Elementary School in Lexington School District Two, where she is passionate about building inclusive school communities and supporting both students and teachers in reaching their full potential.
Ashley is currently a doctoral scholar in Special Education at Grand Canyon University, where her research focuses on restorative justice and trauma-informed practices in elementary education. Her work reflects her belief that every child deserves a school environment built on understanding, support, and opportunity.
She proudly holds the title of Mrs. South Carolina American 2026 and uses her platform, My Mother’s Mission, to raise awareness for pancreatic cancer and support women navigating loss and grief. Her advocacy is deeply personal, inspired by the passing of her mother in 2025, and she is committed to honoring her mother’s legacy by fostering meaningful connections.
In addition to her advocacy work, Ashley is actively involved with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN), Special Olympics initiatives that promote inclusive schools, and leadership opportunities within her church community.
When she is not working or advocating, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, Aiden and Abigail. Whether in education, service, or the pageant community, Ashley strives to lead with compassion, faith, and purpose.
